Beach holidays in southern Istria
Arena Grand Kažela Campsite enjoys a unique location on the southernmost tip of the Croatian peninsula of Istria. The campsite is located directly on the Adriatic Sea and has an elongated shape, so you can reach the beach directly from any pitch after a short walk.
Always a fresh sea breeze
The terrain of Arena Grand Kažela Campsite has an open character; the number of shaded pitches is limited. But even on the hottest days in sunny Croatia this is not a problem at all, there is always a fresh breeze here so it is very pleasant even in the afternoon sun. What's more, almost everywhere on the campsite you have a beautiful view of the sea!
Clear water, rugged coastline
The coast here is really beautiful, with whimsical shapes and numerous bays, peninsulas and long, uninhabited islands off the coast. And, of course, the clear blue waters for which Croatia is famous.
Try diving lessons or other water sports
In the vicinity of Arena Grand Kažela Campsite you can dive beautifully (diving lessons are also given), but there are many more opportunities for sports during the holidays: for example, water skiing, sailing and paragliding.
Pool complex for families
The beautiful swimming complex consists of a large swimming pool, a paddling pool with slide and a water playground. There is also a great playground with all kinds of entertainment facilities. And there are two tepees set up as recreation areas. At the pool you can relax and read a book or, of course, enjoy the water. There is also a swimming pool exclusively reserved for guests of luxury mobile homes.
Active in the mini-club
For the youngest campers there is an active mini-club, the slightly older ones can have fun on the beach volleyball court of Arena Grand Kažela Campsite. After all these activities you can relax on the terrace of one of the restaurants where you can enjoy local specialities à la carte. There is also a coffee bar, pizzeria and some snack bars.
The real Croatian life
Medulin is very close to the town of Pula, the 'Pearl of Istria', an ancient Roman town not to be missed, and is also easily accessible by public transport. But also the smaller fishing villages and the unspoilt interior give you a good impression of the real Croatian life.
